Jessica has worked in various settings including schools, probation, and outpatient clinics. Jessica is passionate about mentoring clinicians who are in the process of getting their licenses.
My Background and Approach
In her practice, Jessica emphasizes the connection between the mind and body to trauma. Jessica approaches treatment with an integrative lens that includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Brief Strategic Family Therapy, Structural Family Therapy. Jessica believes problematic behaviors can be passed down through generations, therefore she focuses on helping individuals and families improve communication and relationships. When Jessica is not doing therapy, she loves spending time with her two daughters and going to small getaways.
