My Background and Approach
My approach focuses on helping you understand the deeper patterns that keep you feeling stuck while creating real, lasting change. I work with teens and adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, emotional overwhelm, and patterns that show up across different areas of life. Many clients come in feeling frustrated overthinking, reacting in ways they don’t fully understand, or struggling to move forward. I use a trauma-informed, holistic approach, integrating CBT, DBT, somatic techniques, and parts work. Together, we explore how your thoughts, emotions, and nervous system responses are connected while building practical tools to help you feel more grounded, in control, and confident. I provide a supportive, collaborative space where you feel heard, while also encouraging growth and lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in meeting people where they are, without judgment, and creating a space where you can show up as your full self. I value authenticity, honesty, and growth, and bring those into my work with clients. Therapy with me isn’t about being perfect it’s about understanding yourself, building awareness, and creating meaningful change at your own pace. I take a trauma-informed, holistic view of mental health, recognizing the connection between mind and body and how life experiences shape who we are. I am committed to creating a safe, inclusive space for individuals from all backgrounds and identities. Uutside of therapy, I value family, personal growth, and staying grounded in the present moment things I also encourage in our work together.
