About My Clients
I have a passion for helping individuals identify and shift patterns that no longer serve them, heal from toxic relationships, and explore their true identity. Do you feel like you don’t have enough time to take care of yourself? Are you giving so much to others that there’s no time left for you? My Background and Approach
My biggest strength is supporting those in toxic relationships, those trying to cope with someone in their life with a personality disorder, and those struggling with codependency issues. I am very passionate in helping these clients find peace and implement appropriate boundaries so they can continue to function in a healthy way. I like to use a holistic and person-centered approach to help my clients achieve their goals. I feel it’s important to look at the whole picture to get to the bottom of an issue. A safe and nurturing space is what I strive to cultivate for my clients. In my opinion, this must come first in order to set the foundation for a successful therapeutic experience.
