You deserve a space where you don’t have to carry shame, guilt, or fear of judgment. I strive to offer a compassionate, down-to-earth environment where you can show up as you are. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and self-harm, and I’ve built a toolbox of approaches to support meaningful, lasting change. I use Narrative Therapy to help you reclaim your story and reconnect with your sense of self. I also integrate Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused strategies, and other evidence-based practices to meet you where you are and support your goals. I believe healing happens when you feel heard, safe, and supported—and I’m here to walk with you through the hard parts, toward something lighter.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapists should do their own inner work, and I’m someone who practices what I encourage. I’ve spent time in the client seat myself, and I know how powerful it can be to feel truly seen and supported. My hope is to create a space that feels safe, welcoming, and free of shame, where you don’t have to filter or pretend. In our work together, we’ll build a real connection, one where you feel understood, not judged. Therapy can bring up heavy things, but it can also be a place for insight, growth, and even laughter. You don’t have to go through this alone, and I’m here to walk alongside you through the hard and hopeful parts.
