About My Clients
My ideal clients are individuals who are ready to explore themselves more deeply and make meaningful changes in their lives, even if they’re not sure where to start. I work best with those navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, trauma, or challenges with self-esteem and relationships. Many of my clients describe feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from who they truly are—I help them untangle those feelings and build a stronger sense of self and direction. I especially enjoy support
My Background and Approach
I hold a Master’s in Clinical Psychology and have extensive experience working with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and life transitions. Over the years, I’ve received specialized training in evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and somatic techniques, which I integrate to meet each client’s unique needs. My background allows me to help clients not only understand the “why” behind their struggles but also develop practical strategies to create lasting change. Whether you’re looking to heal from past experiences or build new patterns for a more balanced life, my approach is designed to help you feel supported, empowered, and equipped to move forward.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe deeply in creating an inclusive, affirming space where all identities and life experiences are respected and valued. I’m passionate about mental health accessibility, trauma-informed care, and supporting individuals who have felt unseen or misunderstood in traditional settings. I value authenticity, compassion, and social justice, and I strive to integrate these values into my practice and daily life. Outside of therapy, I enjoy contributing to community wellness initiatives and advocating for awareness around neurodiversity, and women’s mental health.
