About My Clients
I provide psychotherapy to the whole family unit; from children as young as 3, pre-teens, adolescents and young adults managing life transitions, trauma, and well as providing support with manging school. Family services include parent coaching, mediation, sibling counseling, domestic violence, and family counseling including co/parallel/pro parenting support. Married couples can get support with intimacy related concerns and sexual health.
My Background and Approach
More recently my experience is related to interpersonal conflicts, parent-child relationships, trauma, social anxiety, PTSD, OCD and depression.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
When working with, you will learn to be connected to your inner self, hold your ground and find your inner strength by being aware of who you are and what you envision yourself to be. You will build confidence to handle life and find happiness to enjoy the little things. I use a holistic approach to connect mindfulness to life and situations.
