About My Clients
I enjoy working with young adults seeking to transition into college or recently leaving college. This is a fun and interesting time in your life, and it might even be slightly scary or intimidating, and I want to be someone who can help walk you through the trenches of finding your next step. I am also a Certified Symbis Faciliator offering SYMBIS assessments to those who are considering marriage or who are still young in their marriage & just looking for support.
My Background and Approach
My background looks a lot like failure, disappointment and discouragement, feeling like I "ran out of time" and that's how I relate best with my client's. I know the struggle of looking at yourself in the mirror and not sure who or what you are becoming, being concerned that there isn't enough time or not even sure where to go from here. But, then I reached out to those around me that, that I trusted and believed were living a life that I wanted, and I found ways to take the best next step - and I believe that to be true for you- the next best step is the best next step!
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
First and foremost, I am still learning to be human (as sung by Country Music singer Cody Johnson), but I also believe that I am fully Spirit; I am both, and some days they get along and other days, they fight each other to the bitter end (of the day!) I believe that emotions, feelings, thoughts and behaviors are all connected and they are not linear. Healing is not static and grief can become a friend.
