My Background and Approach
During our appointments, you will be met with compassion, empathy, validation, and a judgment free space. I utilize an eclectic approach where I combine various theories to help meet your needs. I commonly utilize Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Exposure and Response Prevention. Through our work together, you will find meaning, a mind that is free from negative thoughts, and a healthier relationship with your body. You will have a toolbox filled with effective coping skills and the challenges that were preventing you from finding peace will be resolved.

I believe that everyone has the power to work towards change and growth. As your therapist, I am someone who will sit in the passenger seat offering you support, encouragement, and guidance as you drive towards your destination. I offer a safe, warm, and nonjudgmental space where we can work together to improve your quality of life.
