About My Clients

I have worked with diverse clients in residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and private practice. I have experience assisting people struggling with depressed and anxious moods, challenges with substance use, trauma histories, low self-esteem, life stressors, as well as many other concerns.

My Background and Approach

I work from a client-centered, strengths-based perspective to collaborate treatment, with the belief that each client is the expert of their own life. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) interventions to meet client needs through building motivation, insight, and coping skills to manage life’s many challenges. Whether you are looking for specific trauma-focused treatment, contemplating the use of substances in your life, or just exploring therapy for a stressful life transition, I would be honored to be a part of your journey.
