About My Clients
I work best with individuals who are ready to explore their emotions, improve relationships, and grow through life’s challenges. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, or relationship difficulties. Others are processing trauma, navigating life transitions, or healing from narcissistic abuse and codependency. I often work with high-functioning professionals who seem fine on the outside but feel overwhelmed, burned out, or emotionally stuck.

I embrace unconditional positive regard and take great pride in providing a safe space for my clients. "I am honored to have the privilege of working alongside minorities and marginalized communities, supporting individuals who have faced discrimination and hardship. This includes people who have experienced prejudice due to their sexuality, gender identity, race, or ethnicity, as well as survivors of narcissistic abuse and domestic violence. Each story of resilience inspires me to stand alongside these individuals, helping to amplify their voices and advocate for a world where everyone can live free from discrimination and harm."
