My Background and Approach
I have experience working in college disability and access services, inpatient psychiatry, and outpatient psychotherapy. I utilize a strengths based approach to psychothearpy. In session I will often utilize therapeutic interventions from CBT and DBT. I have training from Postpartum Support International.
