So what does therapy look like with me? I won’t sit and nod, or intently analyze you. I WILL challenge you and offer you different points of view. I often help people uncover old patterns, identify triggers, implement boundaries, confront past trauma, strengthen relationships, navigate life transitions, and more. Therapy is a gentle process. It’s also a deeply personal and transformational process that takes courage. My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that healing is not linear. Each client brings with them a unique story, personality, and worldview.
