Jessie enjoys working with couples and families who are looking to increase their connections and resolve conflict. Jessie also loves working with individuals navigating life changes, co-parenting challenges, and those struggling with depression and anxiety. Jessie has experience working with mood and thought disorders and provides a safe, and compassionate space for people to heal.
My Background and Approach
Jessie is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (#2213) and has undergone specialized training in the Gottman Method to provide clinical counseling to couples in conflict or couples looking to increase connection and intimacy with one another. Jessie has experience working with severe depression and anxiety, as well as psychosis spectrum disorders. Jessie is a marriage and family therapist, thus having ample experience working with families as well. Jessie's primary focus for family work includes supporting families with loved ones experiencing severe mental health crises and challenges, as well as individuals seeking support co-parenting. Jessie provides support to these families by helping them learn to how to communicate, hold boundaries, and engage in new ways with their loved ones and each other. Jessie has also worked extensively with survivors of trauma, including domestic violence and sexual assault.
