About My Clients
I believe that healing happens in a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel truly seen and heard. Whether you're navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, or simply seeking more clarity and balance, we'll work together to uncover patterns, explore emotions, and create meaningful change. My goal is not just to help you cope, but to empower you to grow, heal, and move forward with intention and confidence.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in trust. I take a holistic, client-centered stance, recognizing you as the expert on your own life, and tailor our work to fit your unique needs, goals, and pace. I integrate evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with solution-focused strategies and mindfulness-based tools. I also draw from intuitive insight and emotional attunement to guide the process with sensitivity and respect. I aim to help you connect with your inner strengths, gain practical skills, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself. I hold a Master's of Arts in Agency Counseling and a Bachelor of Science in Developmental Psychology.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a therapist, I deeply value cultural humility, inclusivity, and respect for each client's unique lived experience. I recognize that our identities—such as race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, spirituality, and socio-economic background—shape how we see the world and how the world sees us. In our work together, I strive to create a space where all aspects of your identity are honored and explored without judgment. I'm committed to ongoing learning, self-reflection, and challenging biases so that therapy remains a safe, affirming place for you to show up fully as yourself. My goal is to hold space with cultural awareness and compassion, while recognizing that your experience is both individual and deeply rooted in the broader context of your life.
