My Background and Approach
I specialize in college students and young adults through middle-adulthood, and have expertise in anxiety, depression, eating disorders, relationship concerns, chronic illness, trauma/PTSD, OCD, fertility/parenthood, spiritual/religious concerns, and life transitions. I provide both psychotherapy and career counseling.
