My Approach to Helping
With over 10 years of experience in a variety of mental health settings, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals with diverse needs and life experiences. My approach is eclectic and collaborative, allowing me to meet you where you are. I draw from evidence-based therapies, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailoring treatment to your unique goals and strengths. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and understood while developing practical tools you can use in everyday life. I work with teens (15+), young adults, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, bipolar disorder, school-related stress, self-esteem and body image concerns, emotional regulation, grief and loss, life transitions, and many of life's other challenges.
