About My Clients
As a Mental Health Therapist I address trauma, depression, and anxiety, among other issues through talk therapy, trauma-based approaches, such as EMDR, and Creative Arts Therapy. Unique areas of experience also include intimate partner violence survivors, LGBTQAI+, military service members, and those receiving ketamine and psychedelic therapy.
My Background and Approach
I have over 13 years of experience, and obtained training from New York University, Cornell University, and the University of Southern California. I also have experience volunteering in India, Brazil, and Holland, which has allowed me to understand the importance of culture in counseling and therapy. To enhance my depth of practice, I am currently obtaining a Doctor of Social Work from USC.
