About My Clients
If you feel overwhelmed, anxious, stressed out or exhausted, you're not alone. Breaking this pattern can seem scary and confusing, but things can be different. You can do this. I work with people who are struggling with anxiety, depression and the impact of trauma. A common factor of all of these issues is their effect on relationships and the ability to feel connected to others in your life. Through therapy, I hope to help you repair this ability and begin to live a more balanced life.
My Background and Approach
I utilize a variety of approaches in my practice including cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, Safe and Sound Protocol, and mindfulness. I have extensive training in the treatment of trauma and anxiety. Therapies used are rooted in science and research in order to help you or your child make life long changes.
