About My Clients
I've helped older adults cope with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, mood changes, irritability, trauma, and adjusting to life's changes. I can provide therapy where you live or over the phone. I've worked with people in Nursing Homes, Assisted Living, Home Plus, Apartments, and Houses.
My Background and Approach
I utilize multiple therapeutic techniques including by not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. I am part of the Program to Encourage Active, Rewarding Lives (PEARLS) program that specializes in helping older adults with depression.
