My Background and Approach
I believe that physical and mental health are incredibly intertwined, and this philosophy motivates me to take a proactive approach to wellness. Just as we understand the importance of routine health care, we should also prioritize and normalize caring for our psychological needs. That is why I strive to empower clients to develop goals, identify potential barriers, and explore strategies to pursue what is most important to them in life. What I love most about my role is being able to be part of this journey and helping decrease the stigma around mental health needs so that more people feel comfortable seeking support. At the Philadelphia Center for Psychotherapy, it's very important to us that you feel safe in therapy, so we will work together to create a treatment plan that feels authentic and manageable to you.
