About My Clients
I work with individuals and couples who feel stuck in repeating patterns, whether in relationships, anxiety, or life transitions. Many want to better understand themselves, manage reactions, and build confidence in their relationships. I welcome LGBTQ+ patients and those navigating identity, trauma, or challenging life changes.
My Background and Approach
I am licensed in Rhode Island and Connecticut and offer therapy both in-person and via telehealth. My approach is collaborative, structured, and reflective. I help patients slow down, notice patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and relationships, and explore the deeper influences on their reactions. Therapy often begins with self-reflection and insight, then moves into small, intentional changes that help patients respond differently in relationships and life. Sessions are tailored to the individual or couple, balancing thoughtful reflection with practical tools.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am an LGBTQ+ ally and actively affirm diverse identities in my work and community. I value self-reflection, curiosity, and the courage it takes to grow through patterns and relationships. I support causes that promote equity, inclusion, and mental health awareness. I prioritize creating spaces where people feel understood, respected, and empowered to explore who they are and how they want to live.
