As a Licensed Professional Counselor who has extensive experience and specialize in eating disorders/disorder eating, negative body image, self-worth, life transition, unhealthy relationship patterns and trauma. I help my clients grow in deeper self-awareness by recognizing and exploring the blindspots they have ignored with their relationship with themselves, body, food and faith.
