About My Clients

I specialize in helping pre-teens, teens, and adults recover from eating and body image distress using evidence-based approaches. I particularly enjoy working with adolescents and their families! My approach is warm, authentic, and collaborative, grounded in current research and tailored to each client’s goals, values, and stage of life. I practice from a neurodiversity-affirming, Health at Every Size (HAES)-aligned framework.

My Background and Approach

I offer Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Family Based Treatment (FBT), and Adolescent Focused Therapy, depending on the best fit for each client. I am formally certified in FBT. Eating challenges rarely occur in isolation, so I also integrate support for co-occurring anxiety, mood symptoms, OCD, and emotion dysregulation. If food, body image, or emotions are disrupting daily life, it can feel isolating and exhausting. At the same time, starting to address these can be intimidating. You deserve care that is both effective and affirming. I offer a warm, collaborative space where we can build practical tools, reduce suffering, and move toward a freer, more meaningful life.
