About My Clients
Through therapy, clients are supported in increasing flexibility, resilience, and self-trust—so they can respond to life’s challenges with greater choice rather than feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns. I strive to create a collaborative, supportive space where clients feel heard, empowered, and respected. My clinical work focuses on: -Eating concerns and body image -Health psychology and chronic illness -Anxiety, OCD, and mood disorders Women’s health issues/maternal mental health
My Background and Approach
I earned my Doctorate in Psychology from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM), completed my predoctoral internship at Geisinger Medical Center, & went on to complete a postdoctoral fellowship at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). My therapeutic approach integrates Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, & Dialectical Behavior Therapy. This integrative framework allows me to offer both practical, skills-based tools & deeper, values-driven work. I believe meaningful change happens when therapy addresses the whole person—not just symptoms—within the context of one’s values, lived experiences, & environment. At Nourish & Bloom Psychological Services, the goal is to walk alongside you as you reconnect with yourself, build sustainable coping strategies, & create a life that feels aligned, meaningful, and nourishing.
