About My Clients

You may be tired of appearing fine while ADHD, autism, trauma or recovery takes most of your energy. Masking can make it hard to know what you need, and relationships can become another place where you perform or shut down. I work with teens, adults and couples who want practical tools, more honest communication and support that treats difference as context rather than the problem.

My Background and Approach

My style is conversational, affirming and practical. I draw from ACT, CBT, DBT, compassion-focused therapy, mindfulness and trauma-focused CBT. We may slow down a conflict, notice what happens before overwhelm, practice a skill for a high-risk moment or find clearer language for a need. I will take your coping seriously without assuming every strategy still serves you. Sessions can be structured when that helps and flexible when something important needs room. The work is collaborative, with direct feedback and no pressure to perform insight perfectly.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am queer, neurodivergent and an artist, with lived experience of mental health recovery. Those parts of my life shape my belief that care should be honest about both personal history and the systems people are navigating. I do not see therapy as a project to make you easier for others to understand. It can be a place to recover choice, connection and a version of daily life that is genuinely yours. If that feels right, book your first session with me through my website.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
