I work with individuals experiencing depression because I know how heavy life can feel when energy, motivation, or hope are hard to find. Depression often convinces us that we are alone or “not enough,” but I want my clients to know they don’t have to carry that weight by themselves. Together, we create space for your story, explore what feels meaningful to you, and build small steps toward relief and renewal. I believe even in the darkest seasons, there is possibility for light and growth.

I choose to support clients through grief and loss because these experiences touch all of us, yet each journey is uniquely personal.
