About My Clients
My clients are incredibly diverse and they face equally diverse challenges. While these challenges may fall into well-known categories--grief and loss, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, life transitions--these words are too general to describe the people I work with, each of whom has a deeply individual experience. No matter what they're coping with, they know I'm in their corner, committed to their wellness, and that I bring training and focus to the work.

My interventions are based on the individual needs of my clients, and I tailor my approach with their goals in mind. I trust the process of examining emotions to help us learn new patterns, and use a variety of approaches to help my clients create change.
