About My Clients
Are you looking for a therapist to collaborate with? To do a deep dive into what it means to be you? Maybe you feel anxious, stuck in the same old patterns, or depressed. I want to work with you to help you find your sense of belonging, self-worth, and safety. I can’t wave a magic wand and make everything better, but I can be your steadfast companion, cheerleader, consultant, and witness on this journey of inner work you are embarking upon.
My Background and Approach
I tailor my approach to each individual. I will treat you as a whole person, not a collection of symptoms. My work is “integral,” or holistic, meaning I see all parts of the self as important in this work: mind, body, and spirit. I practice from a trauma-informed and client-centered perspective, and I draw inspiration from many traditions, including integral psychology, humanistic psychology, depth psychology, feminist psychology, Gestalt, parts work, and more.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a space where you can embrace your full, authentic self—even the parts that feel a little weird or unconventional. Creativity and self-expression are central to my approach, and I often incorporate journaling, bibliotherapy, and other reflective tools to help clients explore their inner world. I’m passionate about making therapy accessible and inclusive for all, creating a space where you can feel seen and supported. I also believe that long-term relationships and marriage, while challenging, can be powerful containers for personal and relational growth. Whether you’re navigating individual challenges or working to deepen connection in your relationships, I’m here to help you tap into your resilience and find meaningful paths forward. In my personal life, I’m also a huge animal lover, especially when it comes to dogs—my dog Olive certainly brings joy and grounding to my life.
