About My Clients
My clinical interests include working with pre-adolescents, adolescents, and young adults experiencing anxiety, stress, life transitions, academic pressure, and relationship concerns. I also have a specialized interest in supporting athletes navigating performance anxiety, injury adjustment, motivation, and sport-related stress.
My Background and Approach
My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing primarily from person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, acceptance and commitment, and solution-focused brief therapy approaches. I believe in meeting clients where they are and tailoring the therapeutic process to each individual’s unique experiences, strengths, and goals. I value building a strong therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, empathy, authenticity, and collaboration. I strive to create a supportive and emotionally safe environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences. Through therapy, I aim to help clients strengthen coping skills, increase self-awareness, build resilience, navigate challenges with greater confidence, and work toward meaningful personal growth and overall well-being.
