My clients are looking for a therapist who is warm, approachable and non-judgmental. When I work with kids and teens, I know how to get to the heart of the issue in a playful and engaging way. With adults, we can work together to help you feel better quickly. I know that therapy can be awkward and I work to make sure our time together is comfortable and meaningful. I work with postpartum women and new fathers, children and teens, and educators.
My Background and Approach
I am a NJ therapist with specialties in teen therapy, child therapy, parenting therapy, and men's mental health. I also love to work with teachers and educators on managing the stress and demands of being an educator in 2023. I've been described as warm and approachable with the ability to connect with teens and tweens. I offer a safe and non-judgmental space to process and better understand your stressors. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a social worker by training, I am an advocate for social justice. I believe in LGBTQ rights as an advocate and ally. I have worked with adults and kids with developmental disabilities; I will always be an advocate for the rights of persons with disabilities to education, employment, and fulfilling personal life.
