About My Clients
Do you feel like you’re juggling everything — trying to be the strong one — while quietly running on empty? On the outside, it looks like you’ve got it together, but inside, you’re overwhelmed, exhausted, and wondering why it’s so hard to just feel okay. I specialize in helping self-aware women break free from perfectionism, people-pleasing, and the heavy emotional load they’ve been carrying for way too long.

Together, we’ll get curious about what’s underneath the surface. I use EMDR and other trauma-informed approaches to help you process what’s been holding you back — whether it’s anxiety, past trauma, or patterns you’re just tired of repeating.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My work is grounded in values of equity and inclusion. I believe therapy can be a place to unpack how social and systemic forces shape our lives while staying centered on your individual experience and healing. My approach to therapy is relational, down-to-earth, and rooted in compassion. I believe healing happens in safe, supportive relationships where you feel seen, heard, and never judged for being human. I bring warmth, curiosity, and a good sense of humor into the space, because sometimes we need to laugh, even when we’re doing deep work. Outside of therapy, I love animals, can lose hours to a good book or TV series, and will never turn down a great cup of coffee.
