About My Clients
If you find yourself “stuck” in unproductive relationship cycles, repeating unhealthy patterns in your personal and professional life, or navigating difficulty with your personal self-concept (self-esteem), I hope to explore those feelings and behaviors with you at The Healing Space, LLC. Sometimes, it can be difficult to separate ourselves from our circumstances, which can result in internalized negative messages, myths, and narratives we tell ourselves which are simply untrue.
My Background and Approach
I aim to help all women get to know themselves, rely on their own strengths & skills, and take back control over their lives to develop a sense of purpose toward a healthy identity. Our sessions are client-centered and designed to be a safe place to explore these concepts. Authenticity in counseling is being allowed to show up with all of our conflicting parts without fear of judgment or self-blame. At The Healing Space, LLC we experience the power of inner healing through therapeutic connection, authenticity, and self-understanding. There is much power in the therapeutic relationship and my goal is to add value, strength, and insight to your lived experience.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have a strong social justice lens and fight alongside marginalized communities to live well and advocate for their needs to be met. I believe in the power of connection and shared experience to optimize wellness, supporting those of us from diverse populations to thrive authentically in our human experience.
