About My Clients
I specialize in helping women and young adults manage anxiety, self-esteem, and life transitions. Many of my clients are navigating college stress, identity, and relationships. I also focus on women's mental health, including reproductive challenges and building confidence.
My Background and Approach
Balancing academics, work, friendships, and family expectations can feel overwhelming, leaving you anxious, stuck, or questioning who you are. I work with young adults—especially women—struggling with anxiety, stress, self-esteem, identity, and academic pressure. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore your challenges, strengthen coping skills, and gain clarity as you move toward growth and confidence in this season of your life. My approach blends CBT, mindfulness, and positive psychology to help you build resilience, confidence, and coping strategies.
