Despite your growing to-do list, you can’t manage to push yourself out of bed. You're running on coffee, and you are exhausted by how hard your relationships feel. Being alone with your thoughts scares you, but no escape works for very long. No one understands how deep the pain goes and how awful it feels to be in battle with yourself and with loved ones.

I can help you learn how to care for yourself. We all experience intense feelings, but sometimes emotions can start to run our lives. Have you found yourself acting in ways that leave you feeling ashamed? Are you searching for a way to trust yourself again and change the patterns that are no longer serving you? I can partner with you to walk the journey through hell until you get to the other side. I can hold the hope for you on the days when you feel like there is none. Together, we will build. We can transform your self-beliefs, declare peace on your emotions, and master more effective ways of creating what you desire. Start to sleep through the night and feel more stable. My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Jessica Forero, M.S.W. is a Florida Registered Clinical Social Work Intern with experience working with populations who experience intense emotions that interfere with goals, quality of life, relationships, and a sense of safety. How you see yourself has a direct impact on all aspects of your life. I will help you identify the thinking and response patterns that keep you stuck in undesirable circumstances. I use evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to help you think, feel, and behave in more adaptive ways that move you closer to your desirable state. My expertise lies in the treatment of anxiety, relationship issues, emotional instability, chronic stress, depression, OCD, suicidality, self-harm, and eating disorders. I incorporate the teachings of mindfulness, self-compassion, and self-love as you move through the process of change.
