I work from a Health at Every Size framework. As a former professional ballet dancer, I have a great deal of personal experience with disordered eating and body image issues, and it is a matter that is close to my heart. We will compassionately explore your relationship to food and your body, and identify past and current messaging that may be contributing to your discord. We will work toward dismantling unhelpful thoughts and beliefs and fostering a more peaceful relationship to your body.

Together we will identify the ways in which your beliefs may be holding you back and work towards fostering thoughts that will empower you to achieve your goals and live a more rich and authentic life. We will strive to dismantle perfectionistic tendencies and foster greater self-compassion and empathy. We will work to accept our not-so-shiny traits as well as our brilliance, and in doing so will shamelessly allow the totality of who we are to show up.
