About My Clients
I help individuals who feel stuck, anxious, or disconnected find grounding and wholeness again. My clients often navigate grief, trauma, infertility, identity, or recovery. Together, we rebuild self-trust and create space for healing and growth. I also help couples who feel distant, caught in repeated conflict, or rebuilding after betrayal. Whether facing stress, or big transitions, I guide partners to slow down, communicate openly, and reconnect with safety and lasting support.
My Background and Approach
My journey as a therapist began in a juvenile detention center, helping teens and families rebuild trust and communication. I later worked in treatment programs supporting children and families through trauma and emotional struggles, where I learned that healing starts when people truly feel heard. In private practice, I found my calling: helping adults and couples heal and reconnect. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, infertility, identity, addiction, and relationship repair. I’ve completed Level 2 Gottman Method training and hold certifications in Couples and Addiction Recovery, Infidelity and Trauma, and Premarital Counseling. More than credentials, I believe healing happens through safe, compassionate connection. You don’t need to have it all figured out, just a willingness to start. Here, you can finally breathe and be your full, authentic self as we move through pain, rebuild trust, and rediscover your capacity to connect and grow.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As an experiential therapist, I believe every person’s perspective is valid and deserves respect. I hold space for multiple truths to coexist, creating a nonjudgmental environment where clients feel seen and understood. Having navigated my own journey of sexual identity, I deeply affirm and celebrate all sexualities, gender identities, and expressions. Inclusivity and acceptance are at the heart of my work. I believe healing happens through safe, compassionate connection and the courage to be vulnerable. My goal is to help clients feel free to explore who they are beneath the expectations, shame, and survival patterns. Therapy with me isn’t about fixing what’s “broken,” but rediscovering your authentic self and building relationships rooted in trust, empathy, and honesty.
