About My Clients
I work with people of all backgrounds who are wanting to change something about the way their life is feeling. Sometimes a different perspective can be helpful or you may just need a supportive witness to your experience. You might be feeling overwhelmed, navigating a life transition, or feel isolated and alone. Therapy provides a supportive place to process, share, reflect, and heal.
My Background and Approach
I have been in private practice since 2008. My approach has a strong emphasis on self care skills and finding the things that you like to do. Although life can be challenging, it's also meant to be enjoyed. I practice from a holistic perspective. We will look at all aspects of what contributes to your well-being. My approach is relationship based and grounded in a strong understanding of what it means to be human. Therapy can support you to feel safe and grounded in your true identity.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
We are all sharing in a human experience. The more we understand the way in which we are all connected, the more we can heal individually and as a collective. Learning to live from the heart is the most important guide of all.
