My training includes advanced facilitation, yoga teacher training, and specialized study in meditation, pranayama, Ayurveda, restorative yoga, energetic anatomy, and nervous system regulation. I also draw on practices like feminine archetypal psychology, menstrual cycle awareness, dream interpretation, nature-based rituals, and intuitive movement to help you heal in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.
