About My Clients
Do you lie awake replaying conversations, second-guessing every decision, and wondering what everyone really thinks of you? Does it feel like no matter how hard you try, the doubt just won't quiet down? I see you. That exhaustion is real, but anxiety doesn't get to have the final word. You are more than your worst thoughts, and there is a version of you that feels lighter, more confident, and finally at peace. I would love to help you find that person. They're already in there.
My Background and Approach
I have been working in mental health since 2013, and from the very beginning my passion has been simple: helping people realize how capable they already are. I work with teens, college students, and adults who are tired of feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and less than. Using a blend of CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and strength-based approaches, I tailor everything to what you specifically need. There is no one-size-fits-all here. But beyond any tool or technique, my real goal is for you to start seeing your own patterns, trusting your own instincts, and making choices that actually reflect who you want to be. I see myself less as someone leading you and more as someone walking alongside you, until the day you realize you don't need me to anymore. Because that's the goal. Not just managing anxiety, but building the kind of confidence where life can happen and you know without a doubt that you can handle it.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel fully seen, affirmed, and never judged. It doesn't matter your race, sexual orientation, gender identity, or if you simply feel like you've never quite fit in anywhere. You belong here. My passion has always been youth. Teens and young adults hold a special place in my heart, which is also why I host the Block Out the Noise podcast, a show dedicated to helping teens and young adults overcome anxiety. Outside of the therapy room I am a mom of toddlers, a passionate traveler, and a self-proclaimed TV addict. Fair warning, if your favorite show has more than two seasons and I haven't seen it yet, I will refuse to watch it. I cannot afford to lose weeks of my life on my couch, no matter how good it is. I love good banter and believe humor is healing. I also believe volunteering can help you expand and see the impact one person can make. You deserve a space where you can breathe, grow, and even laugh along the way.
