About My Clients
My clients often feel stuck — in ongoing stress, cycles of anxiety, past trauma, or in a relationship dynamic they want to change. I help my clients understand and shift patterns that contribute to anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or a sense that they are not doing enough. My approach to therapy is holistic. I integrate cognitive, somatic, and mindfulness-based approaches to help my clients manage the challenging situations, difficult emotions, and life stress they are experiencing.

During therapy I'll integrate insight-oriented work with evidence-based techniques to support your unique needs. I offer Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) for anxiety, perfectionism, and OCD. My work is grounded in a trauma-informed, collaborative approach, I show-up authentically and meet you where you're at. My style is warm, thoughtful, and collaborative. Clients often tell me they feel comfortable being their authentic, full self with me. You can expect me to provide you with a nonjudgemental space as you navigate life's challenges.
