Sometimes we go through difficult times in our lives. When that happens we can feel overwhelmed, sad, anxious, angry, as well as lost, or frustrated with what happens before we can start feeling better. You're taking the right steps by looking for assistance. I'd like to help you figure out how to cope with what is occurring, build on your strengths, learn new skills, and make the choices which feel right you. You are not alone, and do not have to do this work alone.
My Background and Approach
I'd like to start where you find yourself in this moment; we can go at your pace to find the solutions that feel safe, authentic, and healthy to you. Your thoughts, feelings, and needs are important. I work in several different modalities to help you reach your goals, and what is most important to me is that you feel supported and able to make changes. Sometimes the hardest part is reaching out. I hope you will. I think we can make great progress together.
