About My Clients
My ideal clients are individuals who are ready to step into the work of transformation—those who may be carrying the weight of trauma, navigating the challenges of anxiety or depression, or feeling overwhelmed by life’s stressors, but who are also motivated to grow, heal, and make meaningful changes. They may not have all the answers (and don’t need to), but they come with a willingness to explore, reflect, and engage in the therapeutic process with honesty and intention.
My Background and Approach
With a background in mental health counseling, I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients from diverse walks of life through both short-term challenges and long-term healing. My approach is integrative and personalized—I draw from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and trauma-informed care, while always centering the therapeutic relationship as a foundation for growth. I believe that healing happens in the presence of authenticity, connection, and trust. My goal is to create a space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to move forward at their own pace—with curiosity, compassion, and courage.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
At the heart of my work is a deep belief in the resilience of the human spirit and the power of meaningful connection. I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth, healing, and self-discovery when given the right support and tools. I value authenticity, curiosity, and the courage it takes to show up—both in therapy and in life. Outside of the therapy room, I’m someone who finds joy in the little things: spending time in nature, reading a good book, practicing mindfulness, or exploring creative outlets like writing or art. These personal practices help ground me and often inform the way I show up for others—with presence, patience, and a genuine respect for each person’s unique journey.
