About My Clients
Many of the people I work with are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, anxious, or stuck. They may be struggling with stress, communication issues, past hurts, self-esteem, family conflict, or major life transitions. I work with teens, young adults, adults, and couples who are ready to better understand themselves, improve relationships, and create meaningful change. Whether you're facing anxiety, trauma, relationship concerns, or simply feeling lost, you don't have to navigate it alone.
My Background and Approach
With over 16 years of experience in mental health, I strive to provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard and understood. I believe therapy should be collaborative and tailored to each person's unique needs and goals. I work with teens, young adults, adults, and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, communication challenges, stress, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions. Together, we will identify strengths, develop practical coping skills, and work toward creating healthier relationships and a more fulfilling life. My approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, strengths-based interventions, and trauma-informed care. I believe healing happens through connection, self-awareness, and learning new ways to move forward.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in treating every person with compassion, dignity, and respect. My practice is built on empathy, authenticity, and the belief that healing and growth are possible. I strive to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change in their lives and relationships.
