About My Clients
You may be navigating anxiety, grief, life transitions, trauma, or moments where you feel overwhelmed or unsure of your next step. You might be longing for clarity, stability, and a space where you can share your story without judgment. You may want tools, insight, and support as you work through what feels heavy. If you’re hoping to feel more grounded, understood, and empowered, therapy can help you move toward the change and healing you’re seeking.
My Background and Approach
I offer trauma-informed, person-centered counseling using CBT, Solution-Focused, and Narrative approaches. I support teens and adults through anxiety, depression, OCD, grief, and life transitions. My goal is to help you understand your story, access your strengths, and move toward genuine healing at your pace.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy is a space where our full humanity is welcome, emotions, questions, doubt, faith, fear, and hope all belong. As Fred Rogers said, “Anything that’s human is mentionable, and anything that is mentionable can be more manageable… When we can talk about our feelings, they become less overwhelming, less upsetting, and less scary. The people we trust with that important talk can help us know that we are not alone.” I believe healing begins when we are met with compassion, curiosity, and safety. Talking openly about what feels heavy, without judgment or pressure to fix it, can bring clarity, grounding, and relief. My approach is shaped by both professional training and my own therapy journey, including work around perfectionism, learning to be human rather than perform, and understanding the role of the nervous system in stress, anxiety, and burnout. I believe meaningful change happens when we slow down, listen to our bodies, and build tools that support self-understanding.
