About My Clients
I work with neurodivergent clients who may be struggling in school or life to be understood and supported. I work with people that have difficult family relationships and are looking for ways to cope and change those dynamics. I work with diverse age groups, cultures, beliefs, and identities. You will have the tools and support to move forward and see progress towards your goals.
My Background and Approach
I hold a Narrative Psychology Certificate, Finding Ourselves in Fairytales from Pacifica Graduate Institute and three Ecotherapy Certificates from Earthbody Institute, Grow with Nature and Pacifica Graduate Institute. I have held a QMHA for over twenty years in Oregon serving houseless communities. While using ecotherapy, narrative, experiential, and somatic therapy models we will explore your life's story in the context of empathy and wisdom. As a relational therapist, I believe that you are the expert, author, and healer of your own life. Through empathy and attunement, I will collaborate with you to explore your world with curiosity and to co-create a path forward that resonates with you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have worked in the field of activism and advocacy for over twenty years with diverse groups of people and leadership teams. Social justice through a liberation lens and a de-centered approach is core to my life. Through grass roots efforts and collaboration I believe change and healing can happen for us all! I also work from a ecosystemic perspective that all life is connected in spirit of reciprocity and this belief informs my work.
