I hold nonjudgemental space for children, adolescence, teenagers, adults, couples, and families that have experienced trauma, including racial and vicarious trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, racial/multicultural identity, and spirituality related issues.
My Background and Approach
I am an enthusiastic intuitive psychotherapist with several years of personal and professional experiences using integrative and creative therapeutic techniques, such as, mindfulness, body movement and yoga, deep breathing, expressive arts, cognitive behavioral, emotion and attachment focused, motivational interviewing, psychodynamic, and family systems to treat chronic mental health and co-occurring illnesses, complex trauma, grief and loss, crime victim issues, developmental and intellectual disabilities, psychiatric rehabilitation services, children, adolescents, and family, individual and group psychotherapy to individuals, couples, groups, and families, including various issues that impacts overall well-being in community, work, and school-based settings.

I believe that you have the answers that you need within - you are the pilot and I am the co-pilot supporting and guiding you towards the destination. I listen with empathy, compassionately ask guiding questions, share information and reflections when helpful, and guide you towards achieving your goals.
