I can help you find ways to take control of your emotions so that you can feel better, and improve your relationships.
My Background and Approach
I have 20+ years of experience as a therapist with specialties including depression, relationship issues, life transitions, and gender identity issues. The skills I use in therapy are ones I use myself on a daily basis. I have experience with WPATH letters and guidelines.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy is a supportive and non-judgmental environment to express feelings, but also a place to learn skills that will create positive change in our lives. My style is compassionate, affirming, and engaged therapy where we will work together to help you achieve your goals by identifying strengths and learning new techniques.
