I specialize in addressing identity issues, relationship challenges, life and faith transitions, school/peer issues, and general stress as well as the depression and anxiety that may arise from these experiences. I primarily work with adolescents, young adults, and adults.
My Background and Approach
For over a decade I have worked in various residential, crisis, and outpatient settings. I utilize a client centered approach and also pull from solutions focused therapy, ACT, DBT, and CBT. Together, we will use the most effective strategies to navigate your individual challenges.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a proud member of the LBGTQIA+ community and am passionate about creating safe spaces for everyone. Understanding the significance of gender-affirming care, I am deeply aware of the unique challenges faced by LGBTQIA+ individuals.
