I work with children and adolescents, adults, and couples. As we work together we will identify goals to buildup and strengthen; improve your communication; learn new coping skills; and create changes. I will support you through this path so that you can learn to navigate daily stressors more effectively and successfully and improve your overall mental health
My Background and Approach
My approach is tailored to your specific needs, as you are a unique individual and deserve a customized approach to your treatment. I practice eclectically and integratively, drawing on many evidence-based psychotherapies. Some of the modalities that I use in a session are Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Strengths-Based Practice, Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), and Mindfulness Techniques.

As a therapist, I’m here to cultivate and promote a safe space that is nonjudgmental, welcoming, supportive, and compassionate. I promise you that you are not alone, and we are in this together and I’m here to offer support and comfort to all my clients. The therapeutic relationship is critical in building a warm and safe environment so that a client can feel comfortable and heard.
