My Background and Approach
As a holistic therapist, I work with you to address all aspects of your being, including physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. Using an integrative approach, I blend different elements from various psychotherapies to best serve the client's unique needs and goals. This may include but is not limited to Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Solution Based Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. In addition, I offer EFT tapping (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and Ecotherapy. All sessions are held virtually aside from Ecotherapy sessions which will be held in nature, walking, or sitting in a park. If you're interested in these alternative services, let me know!
